This smoothie is full of nutrients, green and tastes like mango. What more could you want in a smoothie?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (You can also use coconut water or any other milk as an option)

  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt can be used for a dairy free option)

  • 2 cheeks of frozen mango

  • 1 handful of baby spinach

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • raw honey to taste

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, drink immediately.

VARIATIONS & TIPS:

SMOOTHIE BOWL: To make a smoothie bowl from this recipe simply reduce the milk and yoghurt by half and blend as directed. Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourite muesli/granola, sliced seasonal fruit and toasted coconut.

ICE BLOCKS: Multiply all ingredients by 3, blend until smoothie and pour into ice block moulds and freeze.
